Located in the Playa del Carmen hotel zone known as Playacar in Mexico's beautiful Mayan Riviera, this 18 hole Playcar Golf Course was built amongst the lush foliage of the Yucatan Peninsula, making this golf course not only beautiful, but challenging as well. The Club provides a first class practice area, complete with a spectacular driving range, and a large putting green including chipping, pitching, and green side bunker areas.
Just 35 miles south of Cancun International Airport, this expansive course was designed by world renowned architect, Robert Von Hagge and is recognized as one of the top golf courses in the world.

Playacar Club de Golf is a very TOUGH championship course. It features long narrow fairways and undulating greens that are protected by very large snow white sand bunkers. Playacar is a must for the golfer who needs a challenge. It features what might well be one of the toughest golf holes anyone will ever play! If the wind is blowing, the #16, 469 yard, par 4, uphill, into the wind with jungle left and right is quite a challenge and 5 on this hole is a very good score. You may want to bring extra balls. The panoramas are breathtaking! Mayan ruins and natural limestone sinkholes called "Cenotes" can be found all over the course. Advanced players will love this course! Bring plenty of club. You will shoot high scores and love every minute of it!

The Air conditioned Pro Shop is fully stocked with golfing accessories and equipment, and the staff is qualified to assist with any golfing needs which may arise. Also available in the palapa style clubhouse are locker rooms, equipped with showers and lockers, an open area for social functions and group gatherings, and of course The 19th Hole. Also a lavish state-of-the-art spa facility featuring a hydrotherapy area and various spa treatments including facials, body wraps, body scrubs and massages.
