Well we are packing up and getting ready to go home. Our vacation here at Moon Palace was so enjoyable! We swam with the dolphins, went to Tulum and just enjoyed the beach. Our room was in an ideal location....actually it was perfect!! We were in room 1977. We loved it! Thank you so much for all your help in planning this. We appreciate it more than we can say.

I wanted to send a quick note to let you know that we had a FABULOUS time at Aventura Spa Palace. I can't thank you enough for your help in booking the trip and making the logistics so easy. It was definitely a trip to remember.

We are back and it was wonderful! If we stayed two more days they would have had to remove the doors to get us out! The weather was perfect and the "Palace People" were wonderful. Just a thought back to some of the things I read where people had perceived problems while at the resort. We had the occasion to make the acquaintance of Pablo Winkler (GM of Sun Palace) who left no doubt in our minds that if anything stood in our way of a perfect vacation that he could influence, all we had to do was ask, a true customer service attitude that I have no doubt exists at the other resorts but was exemplary at Sun Palace. Being from south Florida and operating high end condos i wish i could import all those people for my operations! All this with no outward expectation of a tip and a true appreciation when one was rendered (definitely not south Fla).

I wanted to write to you earlier but got really busy. My family and I had a wonderful week at Cancun Palace. The staff treated us like royalty. Must say we saved a bunch of money by going through you all. Plus we got two free tour, ride from the airport and massage at the spa with manicure and pedicure (my first..Ha..Ha). My kids agree with me that this is our best vacation ever. My wife who is usually picky said this is better than Disney World. Will take another trip once we save up some money. Maybe in another place resort. And I know who to contact. How is cozumel ? Attached is is a picture of mrs. and I on the first day.
We had a wonderful trip to Moon Palace last week. Everything went great. The weather was perfect, the staff was exceptional and the experience was everything we have come to expect and that has now taken us back there 9 years in a row. Thank you so much for being so responsive and making sure that all our reservations were properly arranged (including the advance golf and spa reservations through Wily!). You were truly a pleasure to work with and we really appreciate everything! I look forward to booking with you again in the future. Until then, all the best to you and yours.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Although we've now beento Moon Palace three times, we always marvel atthewarm reception and great service we receive from the staff there. They are such gracious people and very well trained.
The weather was perfect, the manicured golf course was beautiful, and our lovely villa overlooked the lake (thank you).We really loved having our own golf cart this time. We visited other sections of the resort, but we still love the golf side.We did go to the Grand and they showed us a presidential suite there. The rooms there are really pretty, and we liked the quiet upscale feel to the complex.
We played 27 holes of golf almost every day. Weobviously love playing, but it's not just about the golf--it's all the beautiful views,and the incredible varieties of bright birds, cute litte coatimundis running around,a couple of crocodiles, the iguanas--all the nature present in the jungle setting--that makegolf there sospectacular. We did play at the new course, Riviera Cancun, twice. It's very challenging, butwe enjoyed it.
We had an especially fabulous dinner our last night there. Miguel, the maitre'dfor the golf side restaurants personallytook care of our special meal and service. I made sure to comment about him because he truly surpasses standards of excellence. I wished I could take him home!
We've travelled extensively over the years to many locations and very upscale resorts, but we return to Moon Palace because it offers so much in great amenities, friendly service that makes it stand apart, and it is simply a well-run property that is a joy to visit. The week went by in an instant unfortunately!
Thank you so much for everything. It was a such a pleasure to deal with you, and I appreciated your helpful and prompt responses to my questions and requests. While this was our third trip to Moon, it was the first in dealing with you, and I know that I'll be contacting you again for our future vacations.
Maybe next time we'll try the new Punta Cana resort. I'll start dreaming about it now as my tan fades...

I just simply wanted to take a minute to thank you again for the wonderful time we had at Moon Palace. The concierge service was a nice touch to an already perfect format. Our room was oceanfront, and was the last bungalow before the new Moon Grand. We discovered the pools there since they were in effect next to our room, and it really was great. Hors d’oeuvres at supper time in the room was pretty neat as well.
The golf like always, was super, and the new course, although it might need some time to mature was also a good experience. It was a warm welcoming feeling when we were greeted by staff that still remembered us from previous visits. Santos even played 18 with us on our last day.
Overall, like usual, just perfect. All to say, when I communicate with you next year, I hope everyone will be well and
you will still want to divest yourself of a couple of weeks like this year.

We have just returned from what I would say was one of the most pleasurable vacations we have been on with our daughters. The entire experience was just outstanding. The accommodations were great, the staff was even better, and the golf was the best. Other than the weather not cooperating on one day it was a dream. I would like to keep in touch and even possibly look at booking again for a trip in the fall and then again for Spring Break at the new facility being built in Cabo San Lucas. I have attached a few photos.

Nancy, it certainly pays to plan ahead early and also it helps to have someone like you making reservations as a member. Our January golf trip to Moon Palace Resort went without a hitch. I've called you back in July and finalized the reservation in early October. The reservation you made for all of us (4 couples) put each couple in the rooms that we wanted in the Golf Villas with in-room Jacuzzi and a view of the golf course. With the premier membership including unlimited golf, all of us (diehard golfers from Boston) enjoyed the round after round on beautiful 27 hole layout. With proper planning, we were able to get in 36 holes each day without paying any extra greens fees. All of us also enjoyed the pampering at the Spa and took advantage of additional discount using your membership. The restaurants at the Moon are diverse and we found what we liked each and every meal. The new Caribbean restaurant was excellent. With all you can eat, all you can snack on the golf course and all you can drink, it is easily the best deal I can find anywhere. The staffs at the golf course, the restaurants and the cart drivers were all so friendly. All eight of us are already talking about the next year's trip. You can count on us for returning back! Thank you so much for all your help with booking Aventura Spa Palace - it was the perfect destination! The resort was beautiful, the staff were friendly and accommodating and there was so much to do that seven nights was not nearly enough!!
The handy tips that you emailed us really came in useful - we certainly had fun on the tours and indulging in the wonderful spa treatments. You made planning the holiday so simple which we really appreciated especially as flew all the way from Australia! Having transfers etc all taken care of when we got there really made a difference - we didn't have to worry about a thing!
My new husband and I had an amazing time on our honeymoon - our only regret is that we had to leave! If we ever get the chance to visit Mexico again we will definitely be getting in touch with you.

he Aventura Spa Palace is wonderful. When we arrived we were treated with a drink and a speedy check in. We had a wonderful corner room overlooking the lagoon and ocean. What a treat! We loved being able to try something different for dinner each night. Once we came back from a long day fishing and were in shorts and sandals, but were still greeted and treated great at dinner. I spent one rainy day(first time it rained on us in 7 trips to Mexico) relaxing in the wonderful Spa facility getting all sorts of wonderful treatments done to me for the day. We loved the in room drink dispenser. It was nice while we were getting ready that we could sit and have a nice drink in our room. We also enjoyed the quick taxi ride to Xpu-Ha Palace. The beach and pools were fabulous. We have stayed at the Moon Palace twice and we are going again to the Spa Palace in 2004!!

My daughter, Judy, & I arrived home at The Lake of the Ozarks last night about 10:30 p.m. We had a fabulous time in Cancun! We ended up purchasing the Xcaret trip as there was a wonderful variety that interested both Judy & I. Cancun Palace is fantastic! Everyone is so helpful and polite. The only time Judy & I had to touch our luggage was when we arrived at my car in St. Louis. No one would let us struggle with luggage. Going through customs was also a good experience. We never had to open anything, in fact the inspectors were joking and laughing with us and I had really expected them to be very serious. We went to the market place on 2 different days and had no bad experiences that held nothing to some of the stories I've heard. No one should hesitate to go to market. I want to thank you for this wonderful opportunity and experience. We would love to make another trip next year and perhaps Judy's husband and her 17 & 15 yr. old sons and 9 yr. old daughter will be able to make the trip too. So please keep me in mind for any special travel opportunities that pop up. Again, Muchas Gracias!
Just letting you know the trip to the Moon Palace in Cancun was great, with everything all inclusive including unlimited golf. The golf courses, were very nice, and the people were always willing to help you anyway they could. It was very nice just to leave the golf clubs at the course, that way when we were ready to play the clubs were there and ready. Thanks so much for your help Nancy, we will be getting back with you for another trip.
